Mozambique
Meet Bento Simiao
Bento was appointed the National Facilitatory for Mozambique in 2025. Bento along with his wife, Alfina Henrique, are blessed with three children, Shermilia, Kalleb, and Joshua. They live and serve in Marracuene in the Maputo Province in Mozambique. He serves as a pastor in Marracuene Baptist Church.
Bento was introduced to the Romans Project through his seminary colleague pastor Sibusiso from Malawi in 2024. Sibusiso encouraged Bento to read the book of Romans 20 times.
Bento testifies that he has seen transformation in the people who have taken part in the Romans Project challenge. He is now seeing people spend more time in God's Word than before. He also bears witness that RP has helped him discover more truths in the book of Romans.
