About RP

⟶ Directors of Ministry

The Directors of Ministry (DoM) are based in Portland, Oregon. They guide and direct the Romans Project. Together they make decisions concerning the ministry, encourage and lead the facilitators, and steward the finances the Lord has entrusted to RP.

⟶ International Director

The International Director role is as a DoM and a bridge between the DoM and the Continental Directors. He communicates ministry vision to the facilitators and supports and coaches the Continental Directors on aspects of leadership.

⟶ Continent Director

We have an African Director and an East Asian Director. They lead the facilitators and serve as liaisons between the DoM and facilitators. They are faithful, Godly men who are able to understand the cultural context of those they are in leadership over and give wise counsel to the DoM.
